Hi, does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the automatic e-mail confirmation sent to the e-bay buyer, everytime you print off a postage label in PayPal?
It is very irritating to have the postal cost sent along to the buyer with this confirmation.
I have contacted PayPal but they told me to contact Royal Mail; when I contacted Royal Mail, they told me to contact PayPal. Usual Story!
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi – Interesting read on this. However I do recommend getting a copy of the “certificate of posting” as this will aid you in any dispute with your customer and paypal.

Also, rather than printing out onto printer, dowload a pdf printer driver or similar, so that the output goes to a editable file on your computer. You can then edit your outputs from paypal into one file, arranging them so that you get more to one side of paper. Then print away.

Your 6 cn22s on one page was a real find. I am not an ebayer, but occasionally need these for sending books to the USA. My eyesight isnt too good with tiny print, and I take ages filling in the silly green ones at the Post Office. I have gratefully saved your pdf, it was a chance find via Google.
